Romance is a wall
Man built
To keep the passion in
And the love out.
Romance is so tall
The blossom at the top
Falls to hit the girl on the head
To make her forget, about love.
There is no love in romance.
Romance is the idea of having an ideal.
The ideal cannot materialise
Because
It reflects nostalgia, wanting, longing.
Love doesn't recall the better days
Love doesn't want more than it can have
Love doesn't long for something that it doesn't already hold.
Love is here.
Romance is gone.
